Senior Family Law, Wills & Litigation Lawyer (5+ years PAE)

Vocare Law is looking for an innovative and driven Lawyer to join our busy Family and Wills & Estates team. Experience in other areas such as Commercial and Litigation will be looked upon favourably.

About the role

Our team continues to get busier, and we therefore need more hands on deck!

We’re looking for a full-time lawyer with at least 5 years PAE in the areas of Family/Litigation and Wills & Estates law. The role position can be filled in either our Brisbane or Sydney office. The team is very collaborative, flexible, and fun – we enjoy working hard while maintaining a true work / life balance. It’s therefore very important to us that the successful candidate is personable, approachable, and inclusive.

Depending on your seniority, you will have the freedom to maintain your autonomy while being well-supported and having the Supervisor access that you need.

Our team is always looking to innovate and streamline our processes, so we welcome your input and participation in this regard. The role is specifically designed for growth within our firm, with promotion opportunity available.

About you

Our successful team member will:

Have at least 5 years PAE
Have experience in Family and Wills & Estates law
Be able to work autonomously

The Firm

Vocare Law formerly Corney & Lind Lawyers Pty Ltd is a medium sized law firm with offices both in Brisbane & Sydney. The company group has a team of around 34 people (based in Brisbane, Sydney and Fiji) who provide services to our clients across many practice areas such as corporate/commercial law, charity law, criminal law, employment law, family law, succession and PI law.

We have a particular focus on employee wellbeing – we believe in budget expectations that are healthy and reasonable and offer flexible working arrangements. Our lawyers are also active in volunteering across a number of not-for-profits and charities, and we provide varied opportunities to help get our lawyers involved in this kind of volunteering if they wish to do so.

We provide top quality legal solutions that deliver just, redemptive outcomes for our clients. Our advice is tailored and suitable to the real-world position that our clients find themselves in.
